HP is lower due to the defeat, but skills are higher. Seifer and Edea are both present when the fight begins, but Edea will not do anything until Seifer is defeated. His physical attack is weakened, less HP, and won't use Demon Slice. Be sure to Mug him though, as he has very important items. Use the same strategy as always. Return: Seifer |
