Sorceress Ultimecia

Ultimecia is the mastermind behind it all - Time Compression, the possessions, you name it. Seifer is Ultimecia's knight, perhaps a notch less than a "true" Knight, and she used him to the fullest like a pawn or puppet; his knowledge of Garden and his strength served to protect her and execute her commands. It is unknown whether Seifer willingly became her knight or if she took advantage of him at the Timber T.V. station, but since she has taken control of people she had need of during the game, I personally believe that Ultimecia used her powers and manipulated Seifer and his dreams in order for him to side with her.
