Selphie Tilmitt

A spunky young woman with a carefree spirit.
A woman who seems out of place in a military academy because of her innocent look and light-hearted personality. Selphie's happy-go-lucky disposition and laid-back attitude tend to catch others off guard.

Other than Selphie delivering a message to Seifer when he was captain and his squad during the Dollet mission (he dubs her "Messenger Girl" thereafter), these two barely have any interaction at all during the game, except for the fact that they grew up together. They have never been or were really close at all despite knowing each other for such a long period of time.

However, there is the fact that Seifer ordered a missile lauch against Selphie's home of Trabia. Selphie might have harsh feelings towards Seifer (and probably does) but she never really voices her opinion of him.
