With Seifer turning to the dark side, there isn't much for him to explore his possible relationships; this is a crack section detailing and outlining his possible love interests (with the help of Dr. Love!) that shall serve as a sort of crack! section because I really need a life.

Seifer Almasy and Rinoa Heartilly
Dr. Love says: 13%
I say: I agree.

We all know that Seifer and Rinoa had a fling in Deling one summer before the start of the game. Although things obviously didn't work out, they have maintained a sort of close friendship afterwards since it's a common theory that Seifer was the one who introduced Rinoa to Headmaster Cid, and he did storm out of the Disciplinary Room in disputed concern for her. However, after Rinoa starts being more interested in Squall, there's no way you could break Square's poster relationship in the game without resorting to fanfiction.

Seifer Almasy and Quistis Trepe

I say: Try 180%!

I am a full supporter of their relationship, even though it's completely fanbased. My mini-explanation/ranty type thing is located here!

Seifer Almasy and Fujin
Dr. Love says: 38%
I say: Probably higher around 50%.

There is no doubt that Seifer and Fujin have some sort of close relationship, since she's one of Seifer's only two friends. However, she seems closer to Raijin in my opinion but she might be pushed aside during the game by Seifer in order to achieve his romantic dream. Nevertheless, I'm sure that if they ever got together they'd have some chemistry, though it might be redundant. They do practically hang out with each other 24/7.

Seifer Almasy and Selphie Tilmitt
Dr. Love says: 39%
I say: 5%

Seifer and Selphie are polar opposites, and even though "opposites attract" I suspect Seifer would be more annoyed with her happy-go-lucky attitude than anything else. Besides, Seifer probably doesn't remember who "Messenger Girl" is, except for the one random cadet who delivered a message during the Field Exam. Irvine has had his eye on Selphie ever since they remet at Galbadia, or even during the orphanage days anyways.
