Irvine Kinneas

An expert gunman and consummate lady's man.
An expert marksman from Galbadia Garden, Irvine is known as the "best shooter in Garden." His reputation for cherishing the company of women is almost as weel known as his accuracy with a gun. Although he seems to be insensitive and frivolous at first glance, he is in reality sensitive and serious.

Seifer and Irvine don't interact in the game - at all. They fight, they're on opposing sides, but it seems that they don't really care for the other's presence. Irvine doesn't seem like he holds any feelings of animosity towards Seifer and vice versa; if given the opportunity, Seifer and Irvine could probably become good friends. Irvine could even find a plausible partner-in-crime within Seifer - with Irvine's laid-back attitude and Seifer's looks, they'd probably "able to get the girls."

But as fate would have it, we'll never know.
