Fujin & Raijin

Fujin and Raijin are perhaps the only two real friends Seifer has. He is never one to form close relationships with anyone, and the start of their friendship or how they met is never revealed; they have formed their infamous trio since the beginning and most likely several years before the game.

Together, Fujin, Raijin, and Seifer form the Disciplinary Committee, a group that oversees the conduct of cadets and has the power to punish students who do not follow the rules. It's quite ironic, really, since rebel-extraordinaire Seifer heads the trio, but you've got to break the rules to enforce them, right? The DC is extremely close and you'll rarely ever find them apart.

When Seifer betrayed Garden and his home, so did Fujin and Raijin. True to their ever loyal selves, they backed up Seifer 110% in whatever decision he chose to make no matter its consequences. However, even Seifer's closest friends eventually noticed his gradual downfall into madness: they sucked up their pride and even asked Squall, Seifer's ultimate rival, to help them bring the old Seifer back.

Fujin: POSSE... We are. We always will be. Because we're a posse, we want to help you. Whatever it takes to fulfill your dreams, we're willing to do. But... You're being manipulated, Seifer. You've lost yourself and your dream. You're just eating out of someone's hand. We want the old you back! Since we can't get through to you, all we have now to rely on is Squall! It's sad... Sad that we only have Squall to rely on... Seifer! Are you still gonna keep goin'?
