Parade at Deling City A parade in the city of Deling is held to welcome Sorceress Edea as their Ambassador. This is the first time that Squall, Quistis, Zell, Irvine, Rinoa, and Selphie see Seifer since their last meeting in the Timber T.V. Station where Seifer was entranced by Ultimecia.
